Bright, shiny, straw yellow colour. Big, fine and complex on the nose, with white flowers and white-fleshed fruit, complemented by a touch of vanilla and hint of menthol. On entry, the wine remainsfresh with lovely light floral and fruity aromas. With age, the wine develops a lofty character and coffee roasting undertones.

Vinification

Impressive with stuffed peppers, chicken or turkey terrine, trout tartare, grilled chicken with herbs and goat’s cheese. This Macon wine is best served between 11 – 13°C.
