On entry, the wine remainsfresh with lovely light floral and fruity aromas. With age, the wine develops a lofty character and coffee roasting undertones.

Vinification
Harvested when perfectly ripe, the grapes are then slowly pressed, and the must carefully settled, before fermentation and barrel ageing on the fine lees take place.
Food & Serving Advice
Impressive with stuffed peppers, chicken or turkey terrine, trout tartare, grilled chicken with herbs and goat’s cheese. This Macon wine is best served between 11 – 13°C.
